Detox Bath ingredients: 💚 💚 💚
Cayenne, Apple Cider Vinegar, Mint Leaves, Ginger, Teami tea.

Detox Bath Directions: 💜 💜 💜
Turn your bath water on extremely HOT (don’t worry you’re not going to jump in, you just want it to steep). Once the tub is full add in 1 tbl spoon of cayenne, half cup ACV, a couple of fresh mint leaves grinded, 2-3 slices of fresh ginger, and finally your Teami Detox Tea.

Let it sit for as long as it takes for the water to cool off a little bit and be tolerable. Then get in and relax for as long as possible. I do it for 30 min to an hour. Don’t forget to drink TONS of water beforehand.
