Listen, I have no clue how to do these things LOL. I AM THE BEGINNER HOPING TO INSPIRE OTHER BEGINNERS TO GET MOVING. It is okay if you can't do them right, just do the best you can, be careful and TRY. I am a true believe that if you cut calories and just get moving you will lose weight and start your journey to a healthier lifestyle. I hope to inspire you to at least try. I did and I look crazy hahaha but I did get a workout. I ended up doing several sets, some girl pushups-1min plank and some arm exercises with my son. ITS ALL ABOUT STAYING ACTIVE and HAVING FUN!
