HiiT-Pilates is a mix of High Intensity Exercises and Pilates Exercises in-between to focus you back to your core muscles this helps you perform the HiiT exercises more powerfully, accurately and get better results. This workout is mat based and non-impact so kinder on the joints, no trainers needed and slightly lower intensity then the standing workouts.
