Exercise 1:
Wide Grip Lat Pull-Down Complex
4 sets of 10-12 reps

Superset 1:
Bent Over Rope Row
4 sets of 10-12 reps

Rope Face Pull to Lateral Straight Arm Pull-Down
4 sets of 10-12 reps

Exercise 2:
Bent Over Row to Fly
4 sets of 8-10 reps
