Swimming exercise strengthens the muscles of the back, the butt and the thighs.
Lie flat on your stomach.
Extend your arms and your legs in opposite directions.
Key points:
-Engage your powerhouse -pull your abs in
Shoulders away from your ears
Head is in line with your spine
Keep your tailbone moving down toward the floor

Throught the exercise try to keep everything long, reaching out from your center.
