Cassidy is teaching Cara Knee Folds on the Roller. This Pilates fitness exercise focuses on core strength and stability. This is a difficult exercise and we do not recommend it for beginners. We give this exercises once our clients have developed a strong core connection and SI joint function. Contraindications: Weak core and SI Joint dysfunction.
