Lat pull downs women 45 only been training 5 months

My wife doing 55 lbs pull downs to warm up. I finally convinced her to train primarily strength training. So far she lost 27 lbs in 5 months and developed muscles at the rate of teen ager. Heck she can with perfect form do more than some of the guys.

She out curled a coupe of teenagers in the preacher curls. Guys no less.
