Here's a fun hip circle combination that combines small, controlled, strength-focused hip circles with big, beautiful mobility-focused hip circles. If you change your exercise routine frequently, you will enjoy the time more. Motivation can only be retained by a regular desire to achieve your goals. Losing interest in your workout routine, is bound to lead to thoughts of quitting. Restarting an exercise after you have become discouraged and given up is a lot harder than starting the first time.
