15-Minute Slider Workout (Legs & Butt)

This 15-minute workout will target your lower body. All you'll need for equipment is a slider (dish towels work great!). It's essentially a mini, at-home megaformer workout without the machine. We'll focus on the right leg & glutes, center, and then do the same sequence on the left side.

This is my first YouTube video so all feedback is welcome! As I get the hang of this, the video quality should improve week by week. :)

A Easy But Effective Program To Lose Belly Fat After 40, 50 and Above
Once cannot overemphasize how important motivation is to achieving your fitness goals. Establish some goals that you can feel positive and happy about. Exercising isn't just about losing weight and staying healthy, it's about having fun and you should always remember that. Turn exercise into a reward, not a punishment. Follow the steps below to get on the right track.

While you're exercising you should blast the volume on your mp3 player. Music can be a great way to distract you from the fact that you are getting tired. You will get more effective workouts this way. Make playlists that pump you up and keep you going. You will begin to move your body along with the beat of the song. This is an excellent way to ensure that you keep a steady pace throughout your workout. Time will go by faster if you sing along to the music.

Invite a group of friends to exercise with you. While you are working out together, you can catch up on things. If you start a conversation with a buddy it will be easy to forget that you are working out. Engaging with someone else while you exercise can make you forget that you are actually exercising. Having a workout buddy will boost your confidence and make working out fun.

A great way to break up your routine is by using exercise videos. With lots of different titles, you can change up your routine anytime you feel like it. The noise and energy that exudes from the workout video will free your mind of the burn you feel, and you will be able to increase the duration of your workouts.

Choose the clothes that flatter your shape so that they can help keep you motivated. They come in many colors and can be fun to wear! Be creative when selecting workout clothing so that you will have extra motivation to workout.

If you continuously do the same exercise routine, you will more than likely get bored and stop doing it. In order to avoid that, you need to change exercise routines frequently. An example would be if you're always exercising on a treadmill to consider going for a run instead. In order to stay motivated you need to vary your routine. It will keep you from becoming bored.

Rewarding yourself is deserved if you have done a good job. After you have attained your first goal, you will probably feel motivated to reach even higher! You can treat yourself when you reach a milestone in fitness. However, do not go overboard with the rewards. Fitness is a reward in itself.

Overexerting yourself and perspiring should not be the only view you have of exercising. Working out can be a fun activity, and add a large social component to your life. Review the advice below and find out how you can make your workout more fun.
