You know what I enjoy? Meals that a) come with each other speedily, and b) really don't call for considerably clean up. This sheet pan Asian salmon with veggies definitely fits the bill – you will have it from fridge to plate in 20 minutes flat, with only one pan and a cutting board to wash. That is it!

I whipped up this sheet pan salmon this previous weekend and Matt and I both loved it. The sauce goes genuinely well with the salmon and veggies and it couldn’t be more rapidly to put with each other. You will be seeing this in the regular rotation for certain! It tends to make excellent lunch leftovers, as well.

As far as recipes go, this is just about as basic as it gets. Place the chopped veggies and the salmon fillets on a sheet pan collectively, drizzle the sauce more than everything, bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes, and bam. Dinner is served.

Sheet Pan Asian Salmon with Veggies

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Substances (Serves four)

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • eight ounces green beans
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • three tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • three tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • one teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • one clove garlic, grated
  • four salmon filets
  • optional: sliced green onions and brown rice, for serving

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Spread the veggies and the salmon collectively on the sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Whisk with each other the soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  • Drizzle the sauce more than the salmon and veggies.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Serve above brown rice sprinkle with green onions if sought after.
