A buddy of mine brought this for a party after, and because then it has been a favourite.  The fresh herbs are key.  Mix every thing below well and chill just before serving.
2 little cans sliced black olives, drained
one can of shoepeg corn (10-11oz), drained
one-2 avocados, diced
two-three tiny tomatoes, diced finely (or use a can of petit diced tomatoes - I choose fresh)
1 can black eyed peas
3-4 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped
three-4 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped
six-8 leaves frech basil, finely chopped
one curet of Italian seasoning
