So, with Valentines Day just a couple of days away I needed to make you one thing a minor extra particular since, properly . . . I just wanted to make confident you know how significantly I enjoy and value you

And nothing says love like homemade chocolates, right?

Particularly ones that are filled a pretty pink strawberry coconut butter!

You guys . . .

These healthier, homemade dark chocolate strawberry coconut butter cups a seriously extraordinary!

FYI – They also come about to be naturally gluten free of charge and paleo pleasant and could very easily be made vegan depending on what type of chocolate chips you use but, most importantly, they are taste like an absolute dream!

They are decadent, wealthy and deliciously indulgent without getting overly sweet.

A hint of tartness from our freeze dried strawberries combined with the somewhat nutty, subtle sweetness of the coconut flakes cuts through the richness of the chocolate just perfectly.

They really are divine!

The strawberry coconut butter filling is like nothing at all I have ever tasted ahead of.

It’s so distinct, in both taste and texture, from the nut butter filled cups we have created in the past.

The strawberry coconut butter filling isn’t ooey, gooey like it’s nut butter cousins. Once it’s set into it’s chocolate casing it solidifies a minor so it’s considerably firmer.

The heartier, a lot more reliable center provides our dark chocolate strawberry coconut butter cups a great contrast in texture which I genuinely, really really like.

Decadent and wealthy, deliciously indulgent, silky smooth, melt in the mouth dark chocolate encases an all organic, awesome, crisp, subtly sweet, deliciously buttery, somewhat crunchy pretty pink, strawberry coconut butter center.

All you need to have to get in on this deliciousness is

five easy ingredients

ten minutes to place it all with each other (and yes that contains producing your personal coconut butter) and

five minutes in the fridge or freezer to set.

You can entirely do this, promise.

These delicious small morsels would make the best treat to make for your adore (or even just your fine self) this Valentines day (or any day because, chocolate!!)

Healthy, Homemade, Dark Chocolate Strawberry Coconut Butter Cups
Vegan, Gluten Free of charge &amp Paleo Pleasant

Makes ten-12 Deliciously simple, significantly indulgent, dark chocolate strawberry coconut butter cups

Elements –

1 one/two cups of unsweetened coconut flakes

*  You could often use pre-created coconut butter in area of the coconut flakes if you prefer

one cup of freeze dried strawberries

one Tablespoon of coconut oil, melted and cooled

1 teaspoon of vanilla (or 4-6 drops of vanilla cream stevia – I like to use Sweet Leaf Stevia )

A pinch of salt

one/2 cup of very good top quality dark chocolate chips

Strategy –

one – Melt chocolate by your preferred approach. I like to do mine broiler design by placing my chocolate in a little bowl  above a pot of simmering water.

2 – Use a teaspoon to drizzle some melted chocolate into a chocolate mold (or can use mini paper or silicone cupcake/muffin instances if you prefer) and spread to coat evenly. Don’t use all your chocolate, don't forget you want to save about one/four of it to spread on best after our chocolate cups are filled.

3 – Location your chocolate cups in the fridge or freezer to set.

4 – Now onto the strawberry coconut butter filling

Place your coconut flakes into your foods processor or blender and method right up until comparatively smooth (it will nevertheless look slightly coarse and have a small texture to it, that’s completely fine.)

five – Include coconut oil and vanilla approach to combine.

6 – Add your freeze dried strawberries (save a Tablespoon to crumble over the tops as garnish) and method right up until effectively combined.

seven – When all your cups are filled with their fairly pink strawberry coconut butter, prime with a small additional chocolate, sprinkle in excess of some freeze dried strawberry crumbles and spot them back into the fridge (or freezer) to set.

These scrumptious small cups will keep effectively in the fridge for several weeks but can also be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months!
