AMAZING WOMAN body TRANSFORMATION Freeletics, BBG to Gym MUSCULATION !



This is my Fitness Journey ! The first step of My Body Transformation with only Bodyweight Exercices at first with some Freeletics Programs and Bikini Body Guide, and then some Gym that I'm doing right now. (Full Description bellow)

At first I told myself I had to do sport so I can feel better in my mind and my body. I had to start this journey, I think I needed it. I was at this point you don't feel great or proud when trying clothes in fitting room while shopping. I thought I was like this because of genetic, I had try to run everyday and starve me but nothing had changed, I was a bit fat and there was nothing to do, I had to live with it. And then my boyfriend convinced me that if I wanted to change I could, it was my choice. And thanks to him, I trusted his words and pushed through my limits since then. If you don't feel good right now, just stop asking yourself and start to do something, stop telling you it's too hard for you, 'cause I did it and if I did, you can, I promise. Trust me. When you're doing all you can to be the best version of yourself you can't tell you negative stuff because you give so much, so the only thing you can feel is pride and serenity. Plus, you will have progress and that is really motivating and then it became a way of life, a routine and it's part of your schedule to go to the gym or go for a run, now it's not so hard to push yourself to go sweat. I think changing my not so healthy teenage routine to a much healthier routine is one of the best gift I have made to myself, because it changed it all. It changed my way of thinking, and gave me so much strength for my everyday life !

Purchase exercise outfits which flatter your body and make you feel as if you are an athlete. Putting on suitable clothes can reinforce your dedication to working out. Be aware that clothing designed for workouts can be expensive. However, there are many styles and designs that make working out easier. With breathable fabrics and non-constricting styles, your workout experience will be more enjoyable, as well.


Try to avoid too much repetition. You will want to change it often and add new and exciting things to it as you go along. If you get bored, you will exercise less. You may lose faith entirely and stop your work out if you don't have the right determination. Consider changing your workout regularly. This will help you to stay motivated in the long run. Once you stop your exercise routine, it is extremely difficult to regain your motivation to start again and any benefits you have achieved may soon be lost.


When pursuing your fitness goals, don't forget to throw in a reward every once in a while! Even a tiny reminder of how well you are doing can really boost your motivation to continue!
