Quick Pump & Jump Workout | Total Body | Jump Rope | Dumbbells | Cardio | Follow Along



This 20 minute workout uses HIIT intervals to get a high intensity cardio workout that works your full body. Jumping Rope is a great Cardio Workout and you know I had to ad weights... Great for calorie burning and losing fat, all while toning your whole body!
