Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Coat a 11 x seven x one.5" baking dish with cooking spray
- Merge the tomato puree, cilantro, chili powder, cumin and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, blend the corn, black beans and jalapeños.
- Spread three tablespoons of tomato sauce mixture at the base of the baking dish. Location three sheets of lasagna noodles on best, overlapping them marginally. Spread ½ cup of tomato sauce mixture on best of the noodles, one cup black bean mixture and sprinkle ¼ cheese cup cheese
