  • one-28 oz can tomato puree
  • one cup chopped cilantro
  • two tsp chili powder
  • one tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • one cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • one 15 oz can black beans
  • two massive jalapeños, diced modest

  • 8 ounces shredded cheese of your choice (normal or vegan)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Coat a 11 x seven x one.5" baking dish with cooking spray
  2. Merge the tomato puree, cilantro, chili powder, cumin and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the corn, black beans and jalapeños.
  4. Spread three tablespoons of tomato sauce mixture at the base of the baking dish. Location three sheets of lasagna noodles on best, overlapping them marginally. Spread ½ cup of tomato sauce mixture on best of the noodles, one cup black bean mixture and sprinkle ¼ cheese cup cheese
  5. Repeat the process two much more situations, until finally you use 9 lasagna sheets (use as a great deal sauce as you have still left for the best layer). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for forty minutes
