Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Sesame Hen and Broccoli

You’ll appreciate the ease of this basic sheet pan dinner! Hen with a honey garlic sesame glaze baked with broccoli for a finish meal!

I’ve been cranking out some extra just one pan dinners that make everyday living a little  ALOT much easier for you!! For me way too. I used each individual evening of past 7 days at the baseball fields, and the just one evening we experienced off, the hubs and I went to a Chris Stapleton live performance. And in scenario you had been pondering, he was totally Amazing!!!! You know what else was remarkable?!?! This Sheet Pan Dinner…..

I designed this tremendous awesomesauce with honey, coconut aminos (or soy sauce), garlic, a splash of vinegar for tang, and then marinated the rooster for about twenty minutes. This would basically be simple to do early in the early morning, and then allow the rooster marinate all day. But, I do like to check speedier marinades for those people who may not have the time. I unfold out the rooster with some broccoli and carrots (my kids favourite), and drizzled some more oil and garlic on the veggies.

This will bake for about twenty minutes, perhaps a number of minutes lengthier depending on the oven. I also reserved the leftover marinade, and boiled it for a number of minutes for more sauce on leading of the rooster and veggies. Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Sesame Hen and Broccoli



  • 1.five lbs rooster breast, minimize into 1 inch chunks
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 3 tbsp uncooked honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 huge carrots, peeled and minimize
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt to style


  1. Place rooster in an airtight container, set apart.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk jointly coconut aminos, honey, vinegar, 4 cloves garlic, and 1 tbsp oil. Pour on leading of rooster and marinate for at the very least twenty minutes (up to 24 several hours).
  3. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Blend jointly the remaining 1 tbsp oil and garlic and brush on leading of the broccoli and carrots. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Unfold out rooster with the veggies on a sheet pan, reserving the marinade. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for twenty-22 minutes (depending on oven).
  6. Although rooster is baking, area marinade and lime juice in a small saucepan and boil for 3-4 minutes. You can use this as your sauce on leading of the rooster and veggies.
  7. Serve above rice or cauliflower rice.
