In this video part 1/2 video, I will show you how to myofacial release your pecs (chest) which typically is just ONE FACTOR related to shoulder pain or impingement. After we release some knots and tension, I will show you poses to spread open your chest, pull your shoulders back, improve posture and enhance your breathing. In turn, you will feel lighter, more confident, and your metabolism will get a boost because your body will be under less stress and better nourished with oxygen.
