2.Stand over the bar, and position a Double D row handle around the bar next to the collar. Using your hips and legs, rise to a standing position. 3.Assume a wide stance with your hips back and your chest up. Your arms should be extended. This will be your starting position.

You will likely get tired of doing similar workouts every single day. This is why it's a good idea to change your routine. If you usually use a treadmill all the time, you may want to go out for a walk or run to change it up. You will find it easy to stay motivated if you keep your workouts fresh and novel.
Give yourself a present when you reach one of your goals. This is one of the best ways to keep your enthusiasm about your fitness plan high. Your reward can be very simple, such as purchasing a new outfit or indulging in a longed-for dessert. Make sure you can afford and get the rewards you choose. Nice tips. Also pushing yourself too much is not a good habit. It will often lead to injuries and such. It is better to get a good feel of what's the best amount of weight to start with and gradually increase from that. Stretching, I've seen some long time gym goers skip stretching just because they have been doing it for a long time and doesn't feel the need to do it, which often leads to injuries. I've been hitting the gym for quite some time now but I always make to do some pro bar stretching for starters before lifting weight and such.
