Shrimp Tostadas - The Lemon Bowl

These wholesome baked tostadas are topped with creamy guacamole and sautéed shrimp.

I’m a substantial lover of traditional tostadas but I have discovered that I actually choose building them myself. Shrimp Tostadas

    corn tortillas


  • two
    tablespoons
    olive oil
    divided


  • one one/two
    teaspoons
    salt
    divided

    peeled and deveined

    garlic powder

    teaspoon
    smoked paprika


  • one/two
    teaspoon
    cayenne

    guacamole


  • cilantro, shredded cabbage, lime wedges
    to provide




Directions




  1. Pre-heat oven to four hundred levels and line a baking sheet with foil. Brush tortillas evenly on both equally sides with 50 % of the olive oil (one tablespoon) and one/two teaspoon of the salt. Bake for 4-5 minutes per side or until eventually brown and crispy.
