Corkscrew on the Reformer - Profitable Pilates

Corkscrew on the reformer is an advanced Pilates exercise. With 2 heavy springs on the reformer hold the pegs behind your shoulder blocks. Roll up into your shoulder stand (beware not to roll up on to your neck). With your elbows wide tip your legs to one side and roll down to your hips, sweep your legs over to the other side and roll up. Reverse directions. Repeat 3x.

Fine Tune this exercise: as your legs circle around pull your waist back to the carriage so that your back does not arch. Opposite shoulder/ribs pulling to the mat.
