(Starting Position)
- To begin, get in a plank position on the floor with your arms straight and your hands directly bellow your chest.

- Your hands should be positioned close together to concentrate the effort on your triceps.

- Keep your legs extended and your back straight. Resistance can be reduced by placing your knees on the floor. This is the starting position.

(First Movement)

- Now, inhale as you lower yourself until your chest almost touches the floor.

- Keep your elbows close to your body and pointing back while you perform this movement.

(Second Movement)

- After a brief pause, exhale as you use your triceps to push yourself back up to the starting position.

- Hold the contracted position for a moment, and then repeat the movements until you have finished all of your reps.
