15 Minute Back Bending Yoga Routine for Flexibility



Backbends in yoga can be very healing. The poses in this backbending yoga routine will strengthen your back, lengthen the muscles in your chest and psoas, and give you time on the mat to practice opening up and letting go. (open me!)
