Rosemary Sausage and Sweet Potato Hash (Paleo, GF + Dairy-Free)

Directions




  1. Preheat oven to 425 levels Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper




  2. Slice sweet potatoes as noted and distribute out cubes on the baking sheet. Drizzle with one tbsp avocado oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix to coat and distribute the potato cubes out in an even layer. Place in the oven to bake for thirty minutes.




  3. Whilst the potatoes are cooking, lower up onion and bell pepper as noted.
