Yoga - Upper Body & Kapalbhati Pranayama(Skull Shining Breathing Exercise)

In This routine we will focus on strengthening our upper body & enhancing our balance. Finally we will practice Pranayama called Kapalbhati Pranayama(Skull Shining breathing).
It's very important that one practice poses(asana) followed by breathing exercise(pranayama). Combination of both poses & breathing exercise helps to strengthen our physical body, enhance our immune system & concentration.
One should practice to be totally 'aware' while practicing. Awareness is the most essential aspect of Yoga as it helps to integrate our body, mind & consciousness. Awareness in this context means, consciously noting sensations in the body, the physical movement, the posture itself, the breath & concentration on an area of the body and most importantly witnessing any thoughts or feelings that may arise during practice. Accepting the thoughts without any judgement and letting them go and coming back to your practice.
I am sure you all will benefit as i have benefited from this practice on whole mind-body level.
