Pranayama: maha bandha



Contraindications: Do not attempt the Maha Bandha until the other 3 Bandhas have been mastered. People recovering from a visceral ailment or suffering from high or low blood pressure, heart problems, stroke, hernia, stomach ulcers or intestinal ulcers should not attempt this exercise. Pregnant women should also avoid practicing the Maha Bandha.
