Ab-exercise : (Hanging) Knee Raises at Home



Welcome! This is a video of me showing some places where you can do knee raises at home.

These in combination with crunches are all you need for well-developed abs , compound movements also engage the abs (to protect the spine) but from personal experience I haven't seen much result , this is just my opinion.

Remember having well developed abs is not all you need to do , you need to get to a single-digit in body-fat % in order to fully show your six-pack. So proper nutrition + exercises like these and you got it!
