Restorative Hip Opening Yoga Stretches at the Wall - Hips & Inner Thighs Stretching Routine (30-Min)



Today, we'll be doing restorative hip opening stretches at the wall. This 30 minutes yoga class is a gentle yin style yoga stretching for your hips and inner thighs. This practice will involve your hips and inner thighs through an amazing stretching routine.

Many different styles and colors for workout clothes exist. Choose something flattering so you will feel more confident about yourself. When you feel that you look good, you can flaunt that during exercise.


Stay away from repetition in your exercise routine. Shake things up. Boredom is the biggest enemy of a productive workout. You may lose faith entirely and stop your work out if you don't have the right determination. Consider changing your workout regularly. This will help you to stay motivated in the long run. Once you stop your exercise routine, it is extremely difficult to regain your motivation to start again and any benefits you have achieved may soon be lost.


Reward yourself for a job well done. Even a simple reward can help motivate you. Get yourself a small candy or a book you've wanted. Reward yourself by getting something that you have put off purchasing. You should chose a reward that you have really wanted in order to help yourself feel motivated.
