- 3-4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 English Cucumber, seeded
- one Tbs Fresh Dill
- 6oz Non Dairy Yogurt
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3-4 Pitas lower in half
- 15oz can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- three Cloves Garlic
- ¼ White Onion
- one Cup Chopped Spinach, packed
- ¼ cup dried Parsley
- 3 Tbs Tahini
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground Cumin
- Include all components to blender and combine until finally smooth and creamy
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Include all components to Meals Processor and pulse until a program meal is formed
