Backstroke on the Reformer - Exercise Demo - Profitable Pilates

Coordinaton on the Reformer is an intermediated Pilates Exercise. Lying on your back bend your knees into your chest, curl your head and chest to your knees. Make fists over your forehead. Tailbone at the edge of the box. INHALE lift your arms, legs up towards the ceiling. Open your arms and circle around hold your position. Legs together and hands reaching over your thighs. Exhale curl into your ball with your chest up!

You may find that you will get bored and discouraged if you keep doing the same exercises over and over again. This is why you should change the type of workouts you do. If you're glued to the treadmill every time you exercise, why not try a long run outdoors instead? Keeping your exercise routine varied means that you will stay motivated and reach your fitness goals.

Rewarding yourself is a great way to motivate yourself to complete a goal. The reward you choose doesn't have to be something elaborate; you may be motivated by something small and simple. Get yourself something you have been wanting: a book, a CD, or a very special dark chocolate bar. Pick something that can be attained easily, but is also a bit of a splurge for you. Pick a reward that you will actually enjoy for motivation because it will work better that way!

Exercising is typically seen as boring and difficult, but this is a misconception! There are plenty of ways to make it enjoyable. By implementing some of the advice found in these tips, you can start to make exercising an enjoyable activity.
