Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes (vegan + GF)

It is practically nothing new that potatoes are wonderful and versatile but Hasselback Potatoes are in all probability the fanciest variety of potatoes. To make them even more great, I’ve added vegan cheese in each individual slice and brushed the potatoes with a garlic parsley oil mixture. Yumm!

You can provide this Hasselback Potato as a tremendous fancy facet dish for festive meals this kind of as xmas or thanksgiving OR choose them to BBQ or grilling classes. If you want to grill them, I’d advocate building them in the oven as I mentioned in the directions and then just choose them wrapped in tin foil and location them back on the griller to warm them up. Usually they would choose this kind of a lengthy time and no one can wait that lengthy :)
