3 Best SQUAT EXERCISE FOR LOSE WEIGHT

# Place your legs as wide as you are comfortable.

# Hold on to a dumbbell with both your hands in front of your belly button.

# Gently go down, pushing your knees towards your toes.

# Do not come forward. Ensure that your thighs are parallel to the ground.
