- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Blend the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon with the quinoa flour and almond flour.
- Individually mix together butter or coconut oil, sugar, egg. applesauce, and mashed bananas.
- Combine all elements.
