Lemon Roasted Cauliflower #Recipe

I enjoy a tasty vegetable side dish. &nbspOne of my latest favorites entails the cauliflower.

I typically like it steamed with some seasoning salt. &nbspLately, I've experimented with &nbsproasting it.

Good notion.


Rinse your cauliflower and reduce into chunks, then toss in a bowl. &nbspI season it with salt and pepper, then squeeze fresh lemon all above it and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Organize it in a glass pan and bake at 400 degrees for a great 30 minutes. &nbspEnjoy as a side or plain!
