This is a preferred of mine.  It is a single of those rapid and delightful meals I can throw collectively in beneath twenty minutes on a weeknight.  It is also pretty healthier.  Your green salsa is the key.  I love the Pace's Salsa Verde but it is extremely spicy so I mixed in a milder green salsa to tone down the kick.
one big onion, chopped
one pound ground turkey
two cans of white beans, rinsed (I used cannellini prefer Northern beans)
two jars of green salsa
one tablespoon cumin
one-two cups of water or broth based on how thick you like your chili.
splash of olive oil
Chop onion, saute with a splash of olive oil for about two minutes.  Add in turkey and cumin and cook via.  Pour in beans, salsa and allow simmer.  Add water or broth to your liking to thin the mixture.
