This body weight workout is metabolic switching from cardio to conditioning to help you burn calories and tone up fast! (Although I've programmed this workout for teens, all ages can enjoy this workout.)

Stay away from repetition in your exercise routine. Shake things up. Boredom is the biggest enemy of a productive workout. Without the proper motivation, you might stop altogether. Always remember that variety is the spice of life, so change up your exercise routine every now and then. This will help you to stay motivated in the long run. Once you stop your exercise routine, it is extremely difficult to regain your motivation to start again and any benefits you have achieved may soon be lost.

When you reach your goals, reward yourself! This is one of the best ways to stay motivated and reach your goals. Your favorite dessert or a new item of clothing makes a good reward. Make sure your rewards are attainable and realistic.

Despite what many people think, working out can be fun! By implementing some of the advice found in these tips, you can start to make exercising an enjoyable activity.
