Plank Exercise Modification - plus size - workout - episode 4

Coach Tulin, how do I lose weight in my stomach? The reality is, that really lies in our nutrition. However, what if we can build our core, that helps us in ALL aspects of our life, exercise, daily things like walking, and sitting, and yes, can reduce the size of your waist. Our core is fast to build in strength and quick to lose so it is good to work on it daily. You can plank at many different angles, building up into your ability until you are in a full plank on the floor. Yes, you can get there!

Watch a couple of the modifications I used to build up in my ability when it comes to doing squats as a plus size woman on a weight loss journey. How to apply all the experts information to my body and my journey.

This is YOUR journey! I share mine in hopes to inspire others not to quit and to learn that this is a journey to fit. All of this was born out of my personal frustration over 3 years ago when I couldn't find another body that looked like mine in motion at over 350 lbs. People were only sharing their before and their after. The best of their journey, not the struggles. I started sharing what I found was lacking. I wanted to know what it looked like, sounded like, and felt like. I have many videos on my YouTube channel that shares my over all journey, now I take you through the exercises I use, how I do them, and where I started with them. This is for beginners or others that struggle on how to apply the vast knowledge available to use in health and fitness to our bodies. To break through what held us back. It is my hope that I inspire you to never want to quit again.

Reward yourself each time you reach a goal. This will help keep you motivated. The reward can be as large or as small as you want it to be, ranging from a piece of your favorite chocolate to a new pair of shoes. The actual reward doesn't matter so much as its availability and the fact that it keeps your eyes on the prize. You have to keep yourself focused and motivated if you want to reach your goals.

Exercise is not just about tiring, hard work. You can transform a workout into something fun if you know how to add some spice to your routines. With the tips that are outlined below, you will be able to make exercising a fun experience.
