Ankle-Weight Booty Lifting Workout by Vicky Justiz



A great, simple home workout using just ankle weights. These exercises target and build up your glutes.

Workout:
Kick ups, as many as you can on each side
kick backs, as many as you can on each side
Bouncing kick backs, 15 each leg, 3 times.

Repeat whole workout 3 times to see great results!
