This 5 minute fat attack workout is a killer 5 minute HIIT workout that will help you burn tons of fat! It’s a 5 minute cardio workout that will feel like 30 minutes by the time you’re done! This 5 minute intense HIIT workout is perfect for when you’re short on time but you want to give your metabolism a little boost. And it’s pretty amazing what you can do in 5 minutes with a fat attack workout like this one!

To do this 5 minute bodyweight HIIT workout, you’ll do 50 seconds of the first exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then you’ll move onto the next exercise in this 5 minute intense HIIT workout.
