45 Minute Gentle Yoga Class - Seated and Floor work



My Yoga Studio with Heidi Crook - This is a 45-minute slow, gentle and restorative yoga practice of floor stretches and seated poses. Perfect for Beginners, those recuperating from illness or those who just want to take it easy. We focus mainly on opening the hips. Use this on days when you prefer a mellow practise and need some stress relief. Options and modifications are offered for some of the poses. If you choose to practice with props, you may use a yoga block and belt.

Whatever your personal style, make sure that you like the way you look in your new outfits. This is a great way to motivate yourself to get started on your workout.


Prevent yourself from falling into a rut caused by completing the same routine on a daily basis. Boredom is one of the top reasons that people abandon their exercise routines and quit their fitness regimens entirely. Mixing things up will help you maintain your enthusiasm. This is easily done by changing types of music or doing a new routine. If you stay up to date with new workouts and try different activities, you can have fun while exercising.
