10 MINUTE KETTLEBELL WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS (PART 1) | Fat Burning Beginner Kettlebell Workout



New to working out? Never used kettlebells before? Try this kettlebell workout for beginners! It's a 10 minute beginner workout that's perfect for stepping up your weight loss journey. This fat burning routine combines strength, cardio, bodyweight & kettlebell exercises for fat loss and losing weight. Created and performed by Fat Loss Expert and Master Personal Trainer, Max Barry. Set your interval timer for intervals of 30/30. Complete 1 round of this 10 min HIIT circuit. You can double or triple it, for 20 or 30 minute workouts as well. When you are not focusing on your workout, your body will not feel as tired, and you will be able to exercise for a longer period of time.


Buy workout gear that enhances your figure. You'll automatically feel better about yourself and more motivated. There are tons of different styles and colors of workout attire available. As a result, you can express yourself and be creative with your selection. Wearing this apparel will give you the drive to work out.


To prevent monotony in your workout regimen, consider altering your routine to incorporate some different activities. It's crucial that you stay focused on your workout goals and find ways to remain motivated. Updating your exercise routine will help you stay motivated to exercise. Doing the same thing every time can get a bit boring and may lead to failure. Find new methods, and try them out! If you don't have any interest and stop, it will be much harder to get back up and try again.
