Single Leg Stretch with Arms Springs on the Cadillac is an intermediate Pilates Exercise. Set up about a hands distance from the edge of the mat. One spring in each hand. Knees into your chest. The further you are away from the edge of the mat the harder it is to curl up. Reach your arms straight up to the ceiling and curl as you press your straight arms to the mat. Reach one leg out and pull the other knee in. Switch. Repeat
Reps: 10x each leg

A Simple But Fast Program To Lose Belly Fat After 40, 50 ,60
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Setting goals that you are excited to reach is essential if you are going to stick with things. One of the most critical of these goals is to find ways to make working out enjoyable and interesting. Avoid making exercise a chore; instead, view it as a reward. Use the ideas below and you will see that this is very attainable.
Turn on your favorite music while you are exercising. Your body will not be able to resist the rhythm of the music. Many people find that this response comes naturally. The music's beats and rhythms will make your workout a lot more fun. In fact, you may get so caught up in the sound of the music that you don't even realize how tired you are and end up having a longer, more enjoyable workout. Listening to music is a great tool to utilize when you want to make your exercise last longer, because music will make you do more without even realizing it.
Get together with your friends and start an exercise routine. It can be a great way to catch up and socialize. If you start a conversation with a buddy it will be easy to forget that you are working out. An interesting chat can take your mind off tedious exercise. Bringing friends along will make working out a lot more fun.
Consider trying out a video game like Wii Fit if you have a hard time motivating yourself for exercise. That way, you will be able to keep your attention off of the physical exertion and strain your exercise regimen may include. If you focus on the game, you will not pay so much attention to how tired your body is. The excitement will help you to work through the fatigue.
Get some workout outfits that help you look good and also bring out the athlete in you. When you are dressed for the routine, you are more likely to do it. Workout clothing can be a little more costly, but the variety of styles and colors available makes it worthwhile and can really add to the fun factor in your workout routines.
Monotony is one of the primary reasons people get bored and give up on the fitness plans. This is why having a variety of exercises to select from each week is important. As an example, instead of just sticking to your treadmill in your home, why don't you go out for a walk or jog? You are more likely to stay motivated to keep exercising regularly if you change your routine from time to time.
Give yourself a prize for achieving each fitness goal. You should reward yourself even for the more trivial goals. You persevered and stuck with the task until the bitter end! Set aside some time for friends or family, or even cheat a little on your diet. Maybe you want to buy yourself some smaller jeans. When you know you have something special to look forward to, you'll be extra motivated to tough it out until you hit your goal.
Exercising doesn't need to be tedious; it's okay to have a little fun with it. The tricks in this paper will help you make your workouts more fun.
